Hello and welcome to Body For Life Results.

This site is unlike any other Body For Life or general fitness website in that it is my personal blog. Right here you’re going to be able to read my journal, follow my own experiences and see the exact results I got from the program.
I’ll also take you through a variety of other diets and weight loss programs I’ve tried so you can see genuine, first-hand advice and opinions from someone who has actually done what you yourself are now considering.
And you’re not going to be stuck for advice here. I’ve been here since May 2006 and add content on average several times a week. I currently have over 130 unique articles for you to enjoy here and the list grows constantly. Each of them is related to diet, fitness, weight loss and many specifically to the Body For Life plan.

Getting The Most From Body For Life
For those in the know, if you want to get the very best results possible from the Body For Life plan it’s recommended you take a look at Tom Venuto’s “Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle”.
It provides a far greater depth of information than the basic Body For Life book, and should enable you to get even better results.
It also explains a lot more of the science behind Body For Life and goes into far more depth about burning off fat rapidly whilst still maintaining any muscle you have.
